TERMS AND CONDITIONS   

    1. Warranty Term
      The term of the warranty contract commences on the date of product purchase and is valid for 12 months.

    2. Limits of Liability 
      The total payment(s) for all claims under this Service Contract shall not exceed the original purchase price of the covered product(s), excluding taxes. If we determine that the covered product(s) is not repairable, we may replace the covered product with a product of like kind and quality, not to exceed the original purchase price of the covered product. The replacement product will be covered for the remaining period of this Service Contract. 

    3. Delivery
      TravelClef Group Pte Ltd engages external courier providers to support our logistics and delivery. All terms and condition are in accordance with the courier service you select during checkout.

      Please ensure that the courier service you select has reliable tracking, as TravelClef Pte Ltd will not be liable for any delay or missing shipments.

      Do note that the delivery timings are estimates. TravelClef Group Pte Ltd will not be liable for any delay in deliveries. Due to road closures, deliveries might be slight delayed too.

      If the item(s) are lost during shipment, we would require an official statement from the courier provider. Upon receiving the statement, we will review and subsequently refund the cost of the product, minus the shipping fees. 

    4. Service Contract Holder's Responsibilities
      You must follow the instructions for use in the owner's manual of your product. You must have your product maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements as outlined in the owner's manual. Failure to follow the manufacturer's maintenance and service requirements may result in the denial of coverage under this Service Contract.

    5. PURCHASER RECORDS
      You may be asked to provide proof of purchase as a condition for receiving service under this Service Contract. Your original purchase receipt should be kept with this service contract in a safe place.

      This is TravelClef's only warranty, all other representations, warranties or conditions, express or implied, written or oral, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, are expressly excluded.

      In no event will TravelClef Group Pte Ltd be held liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any defect in the product or from its use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. 

    6. GST, Taxes and Duties
      All applicable customs and import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

    7. Warranty Exclusions – WHAT IS NOT COVERED  
      1. Normal maintenance, cleaning or tune-ups
      2. Cosmetic defects or damage or defects that do not inhibit the proper operation and performance of the covered items
      3. Repair or replacement due to failure to properly install, operate or maintain the covered product in accordance with the manufacturer's printed instructions, or from use in any combinations not approved in the manufacturer's specifications, or from any authorized modifications or alterations
      4. Repair or replacement due to vandalism, riot, or general environmental conditions, including but not limited to rust, corrosion or mould.=
      5. Any service request which results in customer education or no problem found Conditions which existed prior to your purchase and delivery of the product or the Service Contract. Special, indirect, or consequential damages
      6. Loss or damage caused by accidental or intentional physical damage, exposure to extreme temperatures, spilt liquids, insect infestation, misuse, battery terminal melting, abuse or service costs or damage caused by unauthorized repair personnel
      7. Personal items left in the product to be repaired
      8. Products that are not listed in the Service Contract
      9. Theft and loss
      10. Loss or damage to the covered product while in the course of transit, delivery, or redelivery
      11. Alteration or removal of the serial number
      12. Damaged caused by disassembly of the Product
      13. Failures due to dust, animal or insect damage; acts of God such as fire, water, windstorm, sand, dirt, hail or earthquake; civil disorders; nuclear accident
      14. Broken or rusty strings
      15. Natural wood grains /stains 

All exclusions and limitations of this warranty program are made only to the extent permitted by applicable law and shall be of no effect to the extent in conflict with the express requirements of applicable law. Information is subject to change without prior notice.

 

Exchange Policy

  1. Exchange Policy
    Please take photos/videos of the defective area/issue and submit your exchange requests via shop@travelclef.com. After reviewing the photos/videos, it is up to our sole discretion to determine if the item(s) qualifies for an exchange. Exchanges will only be done for faulty item(s) in its original state (box, carrier bag, instructional manuals and accessories all intact). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.

    Please allow 20% discrepancy in the product colour due to lighting. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.

    a. Exchange for Defective Product (Domestic)
    First seven days
    If the product is defective when you receive it, kindly contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

    An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is deemed defective/ faulty*. We will arrange for a 1-to-1 courier exchange.

    Remaining Term of Warranty
    If the product becomes defective after 7 days, you are required to bring the item(s) to our office in person. We will assess and advise you accordingly. An exchange will be done if the item(s) is deemed defective/ faulty*.

    b. Defective Product (International)
    First seven days
    If the product is defective when you receive it, kindly contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

    An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is deemed defective/ faulty*. We will arrange for a new product to be sent. Shipping cost will be borne by TravelClef Group Pte Ltd.

    Remaining Term of Warranty
    If the product becomes defective after 7 days, you are required to submit photos/videos of the defect. An exchange will be done if the item(s) is deemed defective/ faulty*.

    All international re-shipping and return fees will be borne by our customers.

    c. Non-Defective Product
    If the product(s) is deemed not faulty by us, we reserve the rights to refuse any exchange/refund.

    *Our support crew will be guiding you through a process to determine the cause the issue and to try to rectify the problem. If by going through the due processes and the issue is still not resolved, the product will then be deemed faulty or defective. Refusal to go through the due processes would automatically disqualify you from the exchange and return policy.

  2. Return Policy

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us at shop@travelclef.com to request a return. Returns are subjected to the terms and conditions as below.

    - Customers must notify us of their intent to return within 30 days of purchase, unused with tags on, in original packaging. Any request after 30 days will be duly declined. We reserve to right to refuse an exchange if we deem that the product has been damaged.

    - Customers are required to arrange and bear the cost of shipping for the product to reach us. Please opt for a postal service with tracking available to ensure that your returns parcel reaches us safely as we cannot be responsible for any missing or undelivered parcels.

    - There will be a 10% restocking fee imposed on the total price of the purchase. The remainder will be refunded to you.

    - The refund will be processed back to you through Debit/Credit card or PayPal, depending on your method of payment.

  3. Exclusions
    TravelClef Group Pte Ltd provides exchanges/returns for all items EXCEPT sale and discounted items (including items purchased using discount codes), accessories and specifically stated non-returnable items.

    All exchanges/returns will be processed and dealt with by the Returns Department and they will only be handled via mail at shop@travelclef.com.

TravelClef Group Pte Ltd reserves the right to change and amend all Terms and Condition, Policies without prior notice.
